We are on the look out for an energetic individual with good communication skills(Sinhala), target oriented and understand customer requirements to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales targets are met.
Handling inbound and outbound calls.
Maintaining business relationships with customers and potential clients.
Brainstorming projects and product development strategies
Requirements
Working experience in call centers, insurance companies, finance companies or other similar industries would be a plus.
Excellent communication skills in Sinhala language. English and Tamil Languages would be a plus
Proficiency in Sinhala content writing
Pleasant personality, good PR skills.
Ability to work as a team and complete tasks on time.
